Alison and Stephen had a beautiful wedding at Glenmore House, Alloa on 2nd August, with just 20 of their closest family and friends there. It was such a pleasure to be a part of such an intimate do which concentrated on just how fun this couple are.
During our first meeting with them, Alison talked about the plans she had for a country themed wedding. It was to be an outdoor ceremony, haybales for the guests to sit on, cowboy boots for the bridesmaids, and lots of rustic details. On the run up to the day Alison teased us with her DIY touches and some of the finer details. We were getting very excited to photograph something different and fun. The day came and.........RAIN!! However, Glenmore House is so beautiful that we didn't let it spoil the fact that there wasn't going to be an outdoor ceremony.
On arrival, there was lots of buzz about the place as ladies in pyjamas were having make up applied and hair done.
Then the men started to arrive and it could be said that's when the fun started!!
Time to go downstairs and get married.
Drinks and photos next.
Then the ceremony room was dressed for dinner.
And finally, dancing!
This was just a small sample of images from Alison and Stephen's day but hopefully it conveys the fun and laughter alongside moments of lovely emotion which we witnessed. One thing not captured on the day was when Bryan got pulled into the dance off. I genuinely was laughing too hard to lift the camera before it was too late! This wedding will definitely be remembered as small but packed full of fun!
Stacey and Bryan.
